Western Red Cedar |
- Western Red Cedar is popular because it’s attractive, durable and naturally resistant to rot, decay and insect attacks which means it’s often used in outdoor applications
- Standard & Better grade lumber is more widely used than other grades for general construction purposes; used for subfloors, roof and wall sheathing, concrete forms and similar types of construction; this grade may also include grades “Better” than Standar
- Surfaced green – moisture content in excess of 19%
- The surface is rough sawn and the corners of the board have been cut at one end to create a common look of traditional style of fence
