All-purpose primer II LVOC is a solvent based primer designed to clean and prime black rubber roofing, white rubber roofing and TPO roofing applications to receive tape products/accessories where allowed by GenTite specifications and in accordance with state regulations. All Purpose Primer II LVOC does not exceed 250 g/L and can be used in air quality management districts with VOC limits of 250 g/L. Verify that local and state regulations allow the use of the solvents used in All Purpose Primer II LVOC in the given area independent of VOC regulations.
