23 top-coat RE (Reduced Emissions) is used in conjunction with one primary coat RE as a premium transparent exterior wood basecoat/top-coat system for exterior logs, siding and other vertical surfaces. Available in seven rich wood hues. For this system, 1 primary coat RE wood finish must be applied, first, to properly prepared wood as the basecoat before applying 23 top-coat RE wood finish.
